The Edelweiss Restaurant offers the perfect place to celebrate life with good friends and great food. Our guests enjoy an atmosphere of country elegance complete with superb food and world-class service.

We are known for our authentic German cuisine, including homemade sausages, sauerbraten, assorted schnitzels and goulash soup. We also serve traditional American favorites such as hand-cut steaks, chicken and seafood.

Reservations are accepted and recommended.

Dress Code

The Edelweiss German Restaurant encourages a Business Casual/Resort Wear dress code for those 16 years or older. The following attire is not appropriate: hats (men), "doo-rags", athletic tank tops, muscle-tees, athletic shorts, nor ripped, torn or frayed clothing.

Beer & Wine

In accordance with White County Law, the restaurant is unable to serve beer or wine. However, guests are allowed to bring it into the restaurant for a nominal charge.

Smoking

In accordance with Georgia Law, the restaurant is non-smoking.

Lunch (Menu)

Friday: 12 p.m. - 4 p.m
Saturday & Sunday: 11 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Dinner (Menu)

Monday - Thursday: 5 p.m. - 8 p.m.
Friday & Saturday: 4 p.m. - 9 p.m.
Sunday: 4 p.m. - 7 p.m.
